Easy GST
We use proven software developed by Banklink. This software is installed on your
computer.
Each day, week or month you can download a file which contains all your bank transactions
for the previous period. You simply click on the file and the transactions are imported.
The Banklink software can memorise all your regular bank transactions so you should
not need to do anything more with these. By using what is known as a “chart of accounts”
code, when you make payments by cheque or pay on-line, this code is recorded by
your bank and tells the software what the payment was for.
There is no additional charge for “analysis cheques” and the majority of banks offer
this service.
